The Fiat Live Store was the world's first immersive point-of-view car showroom. It offered real-time, guided tours with experts who introduced each car and answered questions live. Using an eye-level camera, these experts provided a virtual inside-the-car experience, all from your desktop or tablet.
At the end, they could schedule a test drive at their nearest Fiat dealership.



This project took two years to develop, requiring the creation of all technology from scratch, including the streaming device, infrastructure, and a 7000 ft² studio.

The experts went through intense three-month training on all the Fiat models. They used a custom mobile app to show off different features, like color options and accessories, right into the website interface in real-time.
