We combined different eras of gaming to launch Intel’s Ultrabook in Latin America, creating a game that took players through each stage of video game history, leading up to the ultimate level. This final stage showcased the Ultrabook’s cool touchscreen powers, proving it was the best laptop out there and making it clear that other laptops were just old news.
The saga begins when the protagonist is 'kidnapped' by the forgotten villain Dr. Drak and transported to the old-school gaming world. To return to the present, the protagonist must conquer levels, defeat enemies, and tackle challenges from the 8, 16, 32, and 64-bit eras.
This level takes you back to classic 8-bit side scroller games like Super Mario Bros, Donkey Kong, Mega Man, and Tetris. Feeling nostalgic?
The second level showcases the intense graphics of the late '80s and early '90s, highlighting the Sega Mega Drive and Super Nintendo era. You'll see games like Street Fighter II, Streets of Rage, Final Fantasy VI, and Sonic the Hedgehog.
After a fun journey with villains and discount coupons for Intel's Ultrabook, we arrive at the final challenge: defeating the Big Boss in Intel's promotional game. This 32/64-bit phase feels like playing Diablo on a Metal Gear map. Featured games include Final Fantasy VII, Metal Gear Solid, and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
